Nail art color is chosen from our Polish Collection color boards. After each billing cycle, you will receive a form via email to make your selections — please reference our Polish Collection page to browse available colors before completing your form.

Please note: The nail art designs listed above are set options — no changes, modifications, or additional options can be made to the designs. If you are looking for a fully customized set of nails, please consider purchasing a custom nail set instead.

Customize your nail art placement: Choose which finger(s) you'd like your nail art on — from just one accent nail to all 10! Simply indicate your preference in the notes section of your monthly selection form.

How it works:

• You will be billed on the same date each month as your original purchase date
• The Essential Box and Signature Box require a monthly selection form — within approximately 10 minutes of each charge, a new form will be sent to you via email
• Please complete the form so your order can be processed — there is no strict deadline, however if the form is not completed before your next billing cycle, your order will be fulfilled using a default design chosen by us
• Your box will ship within 10 days of receiving your completed form
• A new sizing kit will automatically be sent with every subscription order due to our brand switch

• All sets are made to order
• Changes cannot be made to the shape or length of the tip after purchase
• You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime from your customer account
