Terms of Service – Custom Products

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Ready Set Press, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

2. Custom Orders

All products are custom-made to order based on customer-provided descriptions and inspiration images. No photographs or sketches of the final product will be provided prior to production. Variations in design, color, and appearance are normal and do not constitute a defect.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed only after payment is received. We accept credit/debit cards and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) services. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature and hygiene considerations of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please review your descriptions and inspiration carefully before submitting.

5. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their order details. Any errors in description or inspiration images are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ready Set Press is not liable for any dissatisfaction arising from subjective expectations, color variation, or third-party payment processing errors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
